Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is opened.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos at support@sausome.in.

• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund (processed within 7–10 business days).

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.
