Shipping & Delivery


  • We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, and you can expect your order to arrive in 3–7 days, depending on your location.

  • Yes! Shipping is free on orders above ₹599. For smaller orders, a minimal delivery charge applies.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your Sausome package in real time.

  • Absolutely! We deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, just email us within 2 hours at support@sausome.in — we’ll do our best to update it.

Returns & Refunds


  • No worries! If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures and your order ID. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once the seal is opened. Only damaged or incorrect deliveries are eligible for refunds/replacements.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

  • Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Payments & Safety


  • We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking. All transactions are processed securely.

  • 100%! We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways — your card or UPI details are never stored on our servers.

  • Yes! COD is available on select orders, depending on your delivery location.

  • Don’t worry — sometimes payments take a few minutes to reflect. If it doesn’t appear within an hour, email us at support@sausome.in with your transaction details, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
