A South Indian classic gets a ramen-style upgrade. Our Rassam Ramen brings together peppery warmth, tangy tomato notes, and comforting spices with springy ramen noodles for the ultimate flavour-packed bowl.
Ramen – Refined Wheat Flour, Rice Bran Oil, Salt, Gluten Powder. Sauce – Tomato, Garlic, Tamarind, Red Chilli, Mixed Spices, Curry Leaves, Coriander Seed, Mustard Seed, Sesame Oil.
Bring 400 ml water to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook for 5–6 minutes. Add broth and mix well. Serve hot.
